We take great care to safely and securely package & ship all your purchases. Our frameless artwork is delivered in damage proof paper tubes. Some of our artworks can be customized for you and delivered with utmost care to ensure your full satisfaction.

Exchange Policy & Cancellation
We are confident of the quality of all our products. All our artworks & prints are created with lot of effort and passion. We endeavor to make every purchase of yours to be a great experience.
In an unlikely event of damages during delivery or wrong artwork delivered to you, it may be eligible for free replacement or refund, as they case may be.
Please inform BalsamicWalls about the issue you are facing with the artwork, within 48 hours of delivery, along the photos of artwork showing the issue as a proof. BalsamicWalls shall not be liable to replace the artwork or refund the money if informed after completion of 48 hours from time of delivery.
The item to be returned or exchanged will have to be shipped back to us. Once the item is received, we will refund the cost of the item excluding shipping charges, if any.
